This show garden was designed by Karen Calnon and Candy O'Connell for Tatton Flower Show 2008 and awarded a RHS Silver medal.
Designed as a "Garden of the Five Senses" the garden captures the atmosphere of the South of France. This includes scented planting, water, year round textural foliage, a potager for growing vegetables/fruit, and a traditional French "bassin" to create an enjoyable outdoor space.
The covered seating area is positioned to maximise al fresco living through out the year.
Whilst Mediterranean in style, the garden has been designed with sustainability in mind, including species of plants hardy in the British climate.
